About US

We first were introduced to the Dogue de Bordeaux in February of 2004 when our daughter, Debbie visited from Ottawa and brought with her four month old pup "Leroy".

Later that summer, Debbie and "Leroy" stopped by again to see us. By then, "Leroy" had grown into a magnificent animal. We were quite taken by his many "charms" and "talents". By Christmas 2005,  we decided we just had to have our own Dogue. Debbie had acquired "Lola" from Park Ave and had just received "Tyrone" from Red Dog Ridge.

Philip and I were simply hooked!! We could resist no longer. 

After an in-depth discussion, we connected with Michelle Convis as Debbie explained that she still had two female puppies from "Tyrone's" litter available. Needless to say, we drove to Michigan on New Year's Eve Day 2005 and brought our own little "Maggie" home.

That was our beginning.
